This splint is especially suitable for athletes but not only. It is lighter in feel, execution, and cost, and typically needs to be replaced every six months. It is ideal for mild teeth grinding and abnormal jaw movement that cannot be treated through alternative physical therapy (such as neuro-muscular massage) and muscle tension release. In such cases, a custom-made splint will be fitted to your teeth for use as needed during the day or night. It is also recommended as a preventive measure for teeth grinding.

The fitting of the splint is done on-site by wrapping the teeth in a specialized material that hardens shortly after, taking the exact shape of your teeth. The treatment takes about an hour, and at the end, you'll walk out with a personalized splint.
